Normally it is not necessary to calibrate the IMU as the calibration operation is performed before sending the product. However, if the sensor falls or receives a strong shock, it may be useful to recalibrate it. To learn more, watch the dedicated video tutorial.
The HAPPY Q application and thus QField requires an internet connection to access the correction systems (NTRIP). However, the SIM card is not installed in the sensor but in the connected phone or tablet.
The currency you use to pay is determined by where you place your order from and will be shown at checkout before you finalize your purchase. For Europe the currency is EUR while for Switzerland and the rest of the world it is CHF.
The amount will be charged the moment you receive your order confirmation.

Every HAPPY Q order has shipping costs that vary depending on the destination. In each case you will see the rate at checkout.
HAPPY Q ships to Switzerland with Die Schweizerische Post and relies on FedEx for all other destinations.
Once your purchase is confirmed, your order will be sent to you within 2-5 working days. Timeframes vary depending on the destination location.
You can track the status of your order thanks to the tracking number that will be communicated to you once the package has been picked up by the courier.
If HAPPY Q ships to Switzerland all applicable taxes and duties are included in the final purchase price and there are no additional costs due to delivery.
If you select a destination other than Switzerland, the price to be paid to HAPPY Q does not consider import duties and taxes. As the recipient of the order, you will be required to pay these taxes directly to the courier to clear the order from customs.

We are working to make shopping on our website more sustainable and that’s why we have removed invoices from HAPPY Q parcels. Your receipt is invited by email once your order is confirmed. If you need assistance, please contact us at info@happy-q.com.
We offer a refund (excluding shipping costs) on all items that are returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
Any returned item must not have been used or damaged. All boxes received with the order must be included with the return. If anything inside the return is damaged or missing, we may not be able to process the refund.
After HAPPY Q receives your return, it will be processed. This can take up to 6 calendar days. As soon as your return request is accepted, we will send you a confirmation email.
We will then proceed with the refund using your original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 14 days before they appear on your account, depending on the payment provider.
Delivery charges and duties will not be refunded by HAPPY Q. You may be able to obtain a refund by contacting your local customs office directly.
